Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated before checkout, as they vary depending on the place of delivery and the dimensions of each item.

Once you add the product(s) to the cart and include your shipping address, the cost of the service will be automatically calculated.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will email you the tracking number and confirmation once your order is on the way.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Click’n Tile  is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Click’n Tile  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your package damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier and our support team directly to file a claim.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with the return process.

Returns must be completed promptly and no later than 30 days after you notify us of your decision to cancel your purchase. The return deadline is met if the goods are returned within the 30-day period. Please note that items cannot be sent via cash on delivery or without proper delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
